Rassa sits at the front of the property — a public restaurant open to villa guests and outside visitors, rather than a room-service kitchen tucked away for residents only.
The direction is plant-based: a menu built around what grows in and around Sebatu, prepared simply and served without ceremony, in keeping with the same restraint that runs through the villas.

Plant-based, always
No animal on the core menu — vegetables, grains and fruit from the valley, treated as the main event.
Open to everyone
A public restaurant at the entrance — villa guests walk in from their stay, visitors arrive from the road.
Restrained, not loud
Same restraint as the villas — quality over spectacle, and a room that stays as quiet as the terraces outside.
